Silent ringing available in O1

Hi,

I just wanted to know if O1 has silent ringing option available? ie., when a call comes can we make it to ring sliently on touch of a button like we have in sony ericsson - when we press # button it rings silently in vibration.

Hi Sridar
There are two ways to silent an incoming phone ring
1) Press either up/down key on the sideway of the phone

2) Touching "Excuse message" during call on home screen silences the ring and opens up the message template (this is optional but atleast it silences the ring)

i use flip4silence and i turn it face down to silence it or to put it on vibe if i don't want it to ring

What does pressing the excuse message do? Does it text a message or does it bring it to voicemail with tat particular message you pick?

it hangs up and sends a message back to the caller with the selected message, you can add custom messages.
