Help Silent & Vibrate mode

Hi everyone, my phone have some problem which can't switch to silent and vibrate mode anymore(only in normal mode). I have try to restart and switch off my phone, but still the same. Anyone face this problem too?? And what is the solution to solve it?? Thanks.

Are the options gone in the Sound sub menu or don't they work when you activate them?

i activate it, but dun work.

If you try something like this does it switch to silent?

the apps dun help, it will switch back to normal mode after activate it.
