Accessories Silicone case?

I am waiting on the tpu epik cases for the evo since I am not a fan of the patterns...However I bought this tpu from ebay and it is the best case IMO until the epik cases are available. 8 bucks on ebay with shipping

^^Finally get to see what it looks like in a picture ON the phone. Looks good, can't wait to get mine. What ebay seller did you get this from? I've looked on ebay, before ordering from fommy, and couldnt find it.

I talked to them yesterday. They said their shipment was delayed, but was arriving today and they would be shipped out today. I was also told I would have them by Friday at the latest, but I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation email from them.
 
Can you take a picture of the volume rocker and power button up top? Are they covered or open?

Looks like you have a back skin under that?

how does this case fit? are the sides loose at all or is it a tight fit? and how thin is this case?
 
I also have the Amzer silicone case. Love it. Actually took my Seidio case off and using this one now as I like it better so far. I like the texture and it is grippy without being a lint magnet. I have the Argyle case ordered from Amzer just like the pic above but it now says out of stock and it has not shipped to me. what the heck? Guess they didn't expect as many orders as they received?
 
Does the Amzers Argyle have cutouts for the power button, or is it like the Seidio Active case that has a kinda bump there?
 
I have the Sprint silicone case too. I like it. Same complaints as others, could be a little tighter on the sides and picks up lint, but the sides seem "grippier" than the phone one it's own. I'm much less worried about setting the phone down now as the back and camera lens are protected. It also doesn't slip out of my pocket while I'm in the car either (this is both good and bad).

The plain one doesn't have cut outs for the power and volume buttons, but I can't say if the argyle one is the same.

Update: So, I finally got in touch with someone there. Complained pretty heavy about them lying of the ship date TWICE. They told me the earliest it would ship out is the 21st :( so I told them to cancel my order and I was done with them. They were pretty nice about the situation, offered me 50% off shipping for whenever it shipped, which wasn't good enough for me. The only one they had in stock was the clear argyle case, told them to send me that one instead. They took off 10% (a whole DOLLAR!!) lol, but its been confirmed shipped already.

I also told them that there was the same product for 8 bucks shipped and I could go get it there and he said theirs wasn't the same quality as the Amzer. I said, whatever, just send me the case so I can move on haha.

not the same quality? lol....why do i feel as if thats a bunch of bullshit.


i ended up ordering the clear argyle on ebay, but do want the smoke gray one on amzer....but just seems like they are nothing but problems :(. wonder if its even worth ordering one from them once they are available.
 
I'm staying away from fommy.com, that's for sure. He said he would look into getting me the smoke gray shipped to me for free b/c of all the issues I had and how pissed I was, but I doubt that will happen lol.

Just give it time, the other colors will show up on ebay sooner or later. I needed a case immediately and before vacation so I couldn't wait much longer.

And yeah, about the same quality... I call BS on that too lol.
 
once somebody here gets their amzer argyle case, can they let me know if the cutouts for the the flash/camera/speaker are all separate cutouts like this:

Are these argyle cases actually silicon/rubber or are they hard cases? Just look really shiny to me like hard cases in the pics.
 
It's a mixture. It's a lot more rigid than silicon, yet not as hard as a plastic case. It's supposedly not going to get loose over time like many silicon cases, but is sort of flexible like them.

Yeah, I couldn't wait ... so I just went with the clear. Got a tracking number, but no information is provided through the site. Fun.
 
This is a shame, because they seem to have alot of nice products. Unfortunately, I probably will never purchase something through them again.
