Help Sim adaptor with nexus 4

So I just got an Sim adaptor cause I want to use my iPhone 5 and nexus 4. Has any one had any luck using one with the nexus 4? I tried to use it and the nano Sim just falls out of the bottom of it. There is no way I am sticking that into the nexus 4. I sure don't want to get it caught in the nexus 4. Any suggestions?

It depends on the adapter. The one I got Amazon.com: for iPhone 5 Nano SIM Card Adapter Black: Cell Phones & Accessories has a clear film on the back to prevent the micro sim from falling through.
