Yeah i just gor my razr on monday night and lost 4g service around 2pm in the afternoon yesterday, customer service and tech support suggested i get a new sim. I went down to a corporate store and was informed that it was network issue, it was weird as i checked out the demos on display all of them had 4g working fine with no sim card auth error, so i was a bit confused, and thought the rep maybe bsing me, so i left, went home searched online and found it that it was a network issue, made me feel better. My 3g worked fine all day yesterday btw.
