as you all know the covers are really hard to get on and off, i tryed to take off the sim cover to put in my other memory card and it snapped clean in 2. Does anyone know if htc will give me a new one and how i can get one? also phone is less than 3 weeks old bought from dial a phone. cheers x

It's not that hard to take the covers off if you take them of properly. Contacting HTC is your best option or eBay.
Phone HTC direct and speak to their customer services. My sim cover had a crack right across the first time I tried to remove it. I phone htc the next day and explained what happened. Within 3 days I received a brand new one FREE!!

HTC 01908 556 400, normal landline number so usual rates. They will ask for your serial number.
I found them very helpful, I was told I may have to pay to have it replaced. So no guarantees, there again nothing ventured nothing gained.
