Help SIM Card Problem

I moved from iphone 4 to my Xperia Play, so i had to use a microsim adapter in order to use the same sim card. Unfortunately, i just realized that now my microsim adapter (with the mircro sim card) is stuck in the play's sim card slot, meaning i cannot swap sim cards? and woe if the current sim card fails..

Anyone have anyway to get the adapter and microsim out without damaging the phone?

Haha thanks! actually i am happy with my play, just kind of worried about my stuck microsim

You could try using a pin and prying the sim away from the side that it got stuck on.
