Help Sim card problem

Hi there, I read topics about sim card recognition, but my problem is different.

I have 3 sim cards, two of them I want to use for my phone and one for tablet. Problem is that it recognizes only one sim, which I want to use for phone, while it is my primary number. I went at the service office and they said, maybe problem is that other two sims are 4G sims, my primary old, 3G sim and my tab can not detect 4G ones. I don't know, how it is possible, but I really want to fix this problem, is there any update or fix tool for this? thanks a lot

Will your provider not hook you up with a working sim?

they told, that sims are working, while the phone can read all sims and it is only my tablet problem, but tablet can read one sim, I think, it means that its slot is not damaged
