hi. my galaxy s2-i9100lk ask me to insert sim card when i try to enable 3g-mode trough >wireless and network> mobile network to activate data packet. fact is that my sim card is in there, so it does not recognize so it says "Mobile network not found". i ve done factory reset and so on all is working fine except that.might be an hardware failure? how can i check HW failure of card reader/holder ?is there a way ? or trough an app installed on? i saw many hardware numerical test codes that can be insert in keyboard like *#2263# yo enable for ex quadband mode menu select (with that code i go into Service Mode but i have blank screen no option (should be 4 gsm/wdca-.. and so on), but i can see imei for ex *#06# . i can do Hard reset too.
any suggest to check sim reader /holder? my (that same) Sim card is working on my friend phone galaxy S.Might be APN not configured?
