SIM Lock keeps coming on

Here is an odd one, the SIM lock kicks in when I turn the phone on. But recently sometimes it seems to kick in when I haven't turned the phone off. I need to unlock the SIM, then do my security pattern. Weird.

Check if your SIM card is properly seated in its slot, or if there is dust or grease on it. That'd be my best guess.

Yeah tried that. Ended up doing a factory reset and a restore. Its behaving fine now. Must have been a dodgy app install or something.

I had the same problem and found out that my phone had a 32k sim in it and once I changed to a 64k sim the phone stopped asking me to insert my pin code over and over.
