After less than one week of owning and losing count of the restarts my Ray gave the error No Service No Sim I tried all suggestions but the phone just would not recognize the sim.
After contacting Orange and also visiting an Orange shop I am waiting for a replacement handset.
Strange thing is that in the process of testing the phone I was asked to swap the sim from another phone into mine which worked for a few mins then I got the same error message No Service No Sim. I then put that sim back into its original phone and it was dead so I ended up with a dead Ray and two dead sims. On top of the documented random restarts this phone is not looking good at the moment. I hope that the replacement is more stable as I am impressed with every other aspect of it.
