I got this phone on launch day and I gotta say its been killer..
I'm one of the lucky ones that gets fast, super reliable 4g.it has not faltered in one month.. 3g for me is also fast for what vm's 3g network can do, and has been just as reliable. I 4g teather at least 8hours a day, and gladly pay for it as its unbelieveable how fast and stable my 4g is.Also with the screen off while 4g teathering the battery life is utterly amazing.

Also the phone itself has been a champ for me as well.The only issue ive had has been the 4g market issue, other than that absolutley no problems. I push this phone hard too. Lemme know if your in the same boat, the one that has not encounterd any icebergs..
 
i got to say for people that are in a good 4g coverage area this is by far the best deal in wireless.you get a great phone imo and great 4g speeds.when my 4g is working properly it is so fast.i couldnt believe when i got a 15k speedtest and i just took another one and got 13k.

i do have problems with mine.i get no service around once a day and for whatever reason my 4g will drop and could take like 30 minutes or so to get back.if they could do something about that i would stick with vm for years and drop tmobile .
 
I too have had absolutely no issues with the phone. I live about 50 miles from the closest 4G area, but the 3G has been solid for me.

I'm not tethering - in fact, 99% of the time I am at places that have WiFi, so my laptop and phone are both set.

Something that has really shocked me about the phone though - the battery life. Never before have I used a CDMA phone that has experienced such good battery life! I'm not what I would consider a HEAVY user, but WOW - 40+ hours on charge is what I am seeing (no funky battery apps either!).
 
Absolutely no issues here, plus unlike most I'm sure I've actually enjoyed the rooting and s-off procedure. Unlike the Triumph where you just had to flash su and recovery this has been more of a learning experience and satisfying imho.

I totally agree about the fun with rooting and s-off, your actually doing something, getting you hands a little dirty, more satisfaction in that for sure..
