Root Since root i get download unsuccessful.

Hi there i recently came across this after using bina4rys root method. I have no idea what caused this and i was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. Thnx Its every single file or apk or anything that i try to download ive tried clearing data for my downloads manager that didnt work so i have no idea whats going on if u have any ideas that would be great
 
What are you downloading with? The stock browser? If you are using or have Chrome installed, uninstall it. Then clear the data on the download manager .
