Root SIP on Leedroid 3.082

I'm running Leedroid 3.082 and have discovered SIP settings in the the menu. Does this mean that I can make internet calls from the integrated dialer?

Has anyone managed to get SIP up and running on the Desire? What settings have you used? Does it work well?
