Root SIP support in DX GB leak?

I asked this a few times in some of the GB threads, but I never saw it answered...

Did the SIP support make it into the Gingerblur leak?

I know it's sorta moot since Verizon has (temporarily?) killed data-only plans, but it was a feature I was looking forward to.

Sorta.

SIP is the protocol that's used to set up and tear down VOIP calls.

GB was supposed to natively support SIP, which should mean the ability to make pure VOIP calls without an intermediary piece of software like SIPdroid or Skype.
