For those that can't "read between the lines", it's obvious the maker of the game told him to stop his app. He reintroduced the game in a smart fashion as not to cross any copyrights.
Funny. We bought new SkipBo cards and introduced many people to the game thru his old app who also bought the card game. It did nothing but provide free advertisement for the game. Oh well.
Spite and Malice it is! Hope he sells that game in card form in Spite and Malice
