Skype Blocks Fring ? Or Not? Fingerpointing… But Where is Skype for Android?

So what will we use now for video calling on our Evo's ?

Fring to Fring is still allowed.

I'm lost, I didn't think we "needed" skype to use Fring.
I thought that was a iPhone thing.
