Help Skype doesn't work

Hello I am new to the forum, any help would be appreciated. I installed skype for android on my gn2 and it will send video but not receive. The audio seems to work fine although a little low. If i contact my daughter on the home computer it works fine, contacting someone in another state...there is no video at all..it seems to be a different problem for every contact. My carrier is at&t

Just tried with my GN2 (on WiFi) and each of the following: my SIII, Skyrocket, Galaxy Tab 10.1 & Viewsonic G Tablet. All worked great both ways. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Thanks for the comment James27002...I have reinstalled it a couple of times to no avail. Could it be at&t by any chance?

I'm on AT&T but have only tried on WiFi since AT&T coverage sucks where I live, I'll try in the next few days by 4G/LTE to see if it works.
