Help Skype, Market and the Update, Help Please

I have not been able to get the OTA update (#2) and have taken my phone to verizon. I have not rooted the phone, but I have installed the copy of skype that was floating around here with video support. I can't seem to get it to uninstall now and was wondering if this was what was givign me an error every time I try to download the update (it gives me information about the update nad i click ok then get 'error' with no explanation.

Today I have not been able to install Everything from the market, I clickt he free button and then when I accept the permissions nothing happens.

Over the past few days my phoen has decided to go roaming, in Ann Arbor MI, the North shore of Ohio (far from CANDA) and now in central connecticut.

Any help with any of these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try a factory reset? (I know it's a pain, but it seems like you're kind of stuck right now).

I had the working skype hack prior to the update and my phone updated fine. Of course skype no longer works...
For me at least it did not interfere with the update.
