Help Skype on Sensation?

Has anyone tried getting skype on the sensation yet with the market app? I remember the whole debacle with the tbolt and skype and how it wasn't using the front camera. But now it's all good because we can just download a leaked copy of it and it's all good.

there touch input keyboard is like swype, just slide your finger across the letters. and no, you will never be able to get swype out the market, you have to sign up for the beta.

I downloaded Skype from the market first thing, still no video in the public release version!!! And too bad ooVoo does not support this phone yet. Fring video works though.

Skype and google talk video chat require android 2.3.4... the sensation is currently on 2.3.3

The only thing I've gotten to work effectively is Tango. Tango seems to be spot on and works great.

...and I believe the "current" version of Skype, available in the Market, has working video calls.

A version of Skype comes pre-installed on the T-mo Sensation -- it's called Qik (Video Chat).

Qik was aquired by Skype.
