since my area won't have 4g til the end of the year (according to my local verizon reps) i was wondering... will you be able to do the c2c thang via wifi if you don't have 4g? and i've never had a phone with ffc camera before so does anyone know how well the other video chat clients work (fring, qik, etc...) and if they work over 3g or just wifi?

I'm sure you'll be able to over Wifi. Over 3G is doubtful, but who knows, maybe they'll allow a bluriffied video chat? I never tried any of the other products. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
