Anyone tried to use Skype on their Atrix 2? I can't figure out how to get my camera to work and the sound is poor for the receiver.

Being a new device they might need to upgrade their app. Have u tried Tango?

There should be a video camera next to a Skype contact. Press the camera. Newer version of Skype added a "Skype Video Call" button which displays when opening a contact.
