Help Skyrocket ICS issues

Ever since updating to ICS through Kies from Samsung my phone has been horrible, freezing and worst of all the clock is always 5-30minutes off. But it just got worst with yesterdays update from AT&T, now my Wifi will disconnect and reconnect over and over, nonstop. Ive reset my router and still the same problem. My phone is a year old and Ive never had these problems before ICS, any ideas how to fix them ?
