A friend of mine recieved an update to his device recently and is now having issues with it. I am just helping him find answers for his issues to pass along to him. this is a copy of what he explained to me via Facebook..
he is running on > CM 10.1, jelly bean 4.2.2? Installed when I was prompted to, and having lots of problems.
Galaxy SII Skyrocket. CM10.1 update was pushed to me as "stable". Lost contacts, clock app and gmail don't work, then when I restored the contacts from a backup, it synced them into my work Exchange server without asking me, but i guess that's not the end of the world. The clock app is pretty humorous. The upgrade remembered that I have a daily 6:15 alarm set, but the app crashes when the alarm goes off and also when I open the alarm app to try and disable the alarm. so it self-destructs every morning at 6:15, 6:20 and 6:25.
before they say it, i have not yet resorted to wiping it and starting fresh, trying to avoid that if at all possible.
