Slide-down menu: how to put "Notifications" before "Ongoing"?

[ktchong]

The slide-down menu lists "Ongoing" apps in front of (or atop of) "Notifications". Is there away to switch their order so "Notifications" appear before "Ongoing"?

My phone is rooted, but it has the stock kernel and ROM. How can I rearrange Ongoing and Notifications in the slide-down menu?

I think it would require a framework mod mate. Probably best to ask in the All Things Root forum for your version on here or on XDA forums
