Slideshow app with selectable ordering

[BrownshoeSailor]

Perhaps this is just a case of the generic built-in app being a half-fast peice of crap, but there is no way to order photos in any display or slideshow. Does it default to date and allows not other option?

Does anyone know of a decent simple photo gallery and slideshow app that will allow user defined ordering (filename, date, etc.)???

Thanks,

Having same concern but....nobody's giving ...attention!
It's uncomprensible as why Samsung (androids in general) don't consider to improve the GALLERY to meet users requests!!
In order to achive the sorting option (by name) had to download QUICKPIC which is way better then Gallery!

SAMSUNG GANG: PLEASE LISSEN TO CONSUMERS ! Our feedback is Essential for you to progress!

Thanks
Sam

Well, I found fStop and am fairly satisfied with that. But my Samsung S4 refused to charge batteries anymore, after less than two years, so I chucked the worthless POS and got an LG G3 _and_ transfered to T-Mobile since Sprint (through CREDO reseller) didn't seem likely to get 4G in Sacramento any time soon.
