Help Slight Problem...HELP!!!

Well i Accidentally moved my third party home app(ADW launcher) to my SD card using Titanium backup, and when i boot up my phone it just stays on a blank black screen as if it had no home.....might i add, i deleted the stock home when i rooted. im trying to acces my settings to do a factory data reset but i cant find a way to get there... on the blank screen i press the menu button and nothing pops up...=(... is there any way i can access my "System" to push adw launcher to the system/app location with phone off??? i also tried factory/data reset in stock recovery and it didnt work....

Any help appreciated.

Well, it makes sense that doing a Factory Redet didn't work because you deleted it so there is no Stock Home APK in the System/App directory.

Need to know if device was in debugging mode.

well i dont think it is, i plug it in and i can see the notifications bar and only option is to sync sd to computer. My objective is to reach system menu, which i cant unless im at the home launcher....which i dont have =/ this sucks x( i need custom recovery already!!! itd be so much easier!
