Help Slow charging

I have a Galaxy Note 2 that I got in July 2013. It recently started taking a long time to charge. I ordered a new Samsung charger for it and that seemed to solve the problem, but now it is doing it again. So, I ordered a new battery, and while the phone seems to operate better, it is still taking 12 hours to charge fully from about 20%. Any suggestions from those of you who have been there, done that? Thanks

Lg oem cables are a good bet
Also those flat ones of different colors on ebay.

Got my yellow flat one on ebay for 6 cents free shipping. Works great with 2amp usb wall socket (in wall)
