Slow data speeds w/ full 3g signal

I'm on aosp 9.9.2. and updated PRL, Profile, and Radio. Any suggestions on what else to do?

That's about it. What download speeds are you getting? I've heard of people having negative results when updating the radio; however, very rare and I don't think this is a real issue.

Run test and post your download/upload speeds. Also, try a hard reset and see if that corrects it. Remember to backup before reseting

Still having this problem. Not roaming and good signal, 3g. Data speeds are very slow though. On aosp 992.

Seems to be a location issue as others are having the same issue on the Sprint network with other phones

Thanks for the help guys. I am going to get those prls and radios and try them out. I also downloaded Roam Control which can force your phone to roam but it only works if the prl is right.
