slow data speeds

lately, i have noticed my captivate's data download speeds moving really slow. I have been in the same places 3G has been excellent since my blackberry days, and others with 3G phones have no issues. For instance, Pandora will play for about ten seconds, pause for 30, play for ten, etc. It works perfect on WIFI. I have done all the regular stuff..uninstall, reboot, cleared cache on browsers, etc, etc. Anyone have the same issue? I just dont think its an ATT issue.

Yes I have. In the same place a month ago I pinged at 30 on ventiloid I now get 300+ pings. I really dont know what happened but it seems to have started for me in the last two months.
