Slow Google play downloads?

Hey guys i know i reached my data limit and all but even with it reach my google play downloads for were pretty fast. Now they seem to pretty slow. It started today all of a sudden. Anybody having this issue? Oh and i user opera mini for web.....and now the downloads on that seem faster all of a sudden. Whats up with that?

I'd suggest downloading an app called speed test. :thumbup:

That will give us some concrete qualitative numbers to work with rather than how things seem.

Its also always nice to know where your speeds are and of you're being throttled or not !

Ok i don't know how to post pics on opera but im getting 200kbps Down and 155kbps up. This is after being throttled. I can't tell you my 4G speeds yet. Seems pretty weak to me. Im going to try a reboot and see if the problem persist.
