Help Slow loading

Unfortunately the HTC Sense turns out not to be very optimized and it gets slow after a while. I have uninstalled most of the HTC stuff and installed the GO launcher and lock screen and the phone is much faster. I am hoping that HTC will release another update but I do not see that being a priority for them.
 
Yes please let me know what i can dump if you have the time. I just switched to this phone from my Inspire 4G and I can't believe how sluggish the Design seems to be.

Currently I am using the following alternatives:
Go locker
Handsent SMS
Nova launcher
Sense flip clock and weather
Dialer One (xPhone is nice too but is not free)

I also found that cleaning the app caches every few days it helps.
