Anyone with a rooted Bionic make sure you haven't Froze or un-installed Gtalk.
Not sure if anyone else has had a problem with Market being really slow but I was and after much investigation I found that I had accidentally Froze Gtalk with TIBU. Market would still load but took sometimes a minute or more to load the main screen and some times nearly as long to load My Apps. (Some also did not show up). Now that I have un-froze it I am back to quick Market loads and all my Apps showing back up!
