Help Slow!!

My fascinate is less than three weeks old and its already starting to run at a snails pace. I dont have multiple apps running and have plenty of ROM and GB left. It used to be super fast but now its like im back to my old 528 motorola cliq xt. Anyone with any ideas? SHould i just exchange it for a new one since im still in the thirty days?

restore it back to factory and see if it returns to normal, had same problem with mine, it apparently was an app I downloaded from the market, add them back one at a time
