I have a t-mobile note 3 on nk3 firmware, device is rooted. here's what happened :

i was trying to sim-unlock the device using chainfires' regionlock away , and after using it i can only access 2g on t-mobiles network. i've gone into the settings and deleted and reset the apn, as well as a factory reset, and trying to manually connect only to 4g/lte with no luck. Anyone have any suggestions for me - id be extremely grateful for any

Whatever network /carrier you're trying to use it on, check their website for their APN settings and enter them
 
This always happens to me lol... i mess something up and end up spending a few hours trying to figure out what happened and fix it. here is the solution that worked for me :

*#197328640# to get to the debug screen
key input "Q" , key input "0000" - this is the main menu
clicked ue settings and info
setting>system>nv rebuild - all.

rebooted phone and 4g/lte data is back. hopefully this helps anyone having the issue i did and saves a few hours scouring the internet looking for a solution.
 
Also... meant to put this earlier. This issue didn't occur until I put a Verizon Sim into the phone to test the unlock. Any idea why this happened ?
