i bought Samsung Galaxy S2 from Russia
will this mobile work in India directly or we should apply some jailbreak or unlock such sot of things
will it work directly r not

The SGS2 supports the following:
2G Network GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 3G Network HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100
As I understand it, India mostly uses GSM in which case I cannot see any reason why it wouldn't work fine. I have no idea what the state of 3G networking is in India though.

Rooting your phone (Android equivalent of jailbreaking an Apple phone) wouldn't help though in any event because network support is a hardware dependent.
