Help Small MMS Pics and Video Issues

I am new to the forum and android phones as well. I purchased a Wildfire S last week and after doing a bunch of searching here I had no luck finding specific answers to my 2 questions. I appreciate any help, Thanks

1) Every pic received by the Wildfire S is super small (thumbnail size) and when I attempt to zoom in, the pic is extremely distorted. Is there a setting I can adjust to correct the size of MMS pics received?

2) The other issue is not being able to playback video that I transferred from my htc sensation 4g. Is it because the video quality is too high quality? Or is there another setting on the Wildfire S which I can change to make it viewable?

lowfro, I've been having the same exact problem regarding the small, thumbnail pictures when people text me pictures. Have you received an answer yet?

Welcome to the forums, both of you!

Which network provider are you using? I know O2 apparently prohibits the size of received MMS attachments to 25KB, which is obviously way too small for pictures.

Also, OP regarding the sensation videos. Yeah, I suspect the Wildfire S won't play them cos the quality/resolution is too high.

Unfortunately I have yet to find a fix for the thumbnail sized mms pics.

El Presidente, thank you for the response and I am using T-mobile as my provider. I have called customer support and the thought the issue may have been the data package we use was causing the issue, but we changed it for a day and the issue was not fixed.
