Smart Actions

So I had a Droid RAZR and the best part about it was smart actions, i have been searching these threads and no results, is there any way to port the smart actions to the Droid 3, is it a simple apk or is it alot harder then that?

I believe that people tried to port it to the Bionic (which is more like the droid 3 than the Razr as far as Motorola's Android build) with little success. There are third party utilities like Tasker (albeit a quite app to learn, though quite powerful), Llama, Locale, Setting Profiles Full (plus a few others that I am probably forgetting) that can do most (if not all) of what Smart Actions can do.

I'm not sure if it works with the Droid 3, but I found it on the market the other day.
