When I send MMS text it takes forever and most of the time it will not send, it did not use to be that way. I've tryed resetting and all that stuff still no change. Also when someone sends me a text I won't receive there's in the order they've sent them. Any solutions or fixes for these issues?!?! Its pissing me off!!-_-

Download speed test from market. My area had mms down for 6 months before it got fixed. So like engineer said i have to agree with, probably network issue.
