SMS Dictation button?

Hi everyone, i've a question about the dictation/voice talk features on the sg sII. I bought mine recently and since the start i could notice there was no microphone button when writing sms as to dictate a message as there was on lots of reviews i've seen out there.

Is it something available just with certain firmwares or just in some countries?

Mine has the Dictation feature on both swype and samsung keyboard. Bought in the UK, not sure about other countries.

I've access to the voice control functions through the voice command and voice talk apps, but the microphone button is missing in both keyboards so as to dictate directly without going to the voice apps first. I've also noticed that the "voice input" setting in the samsung keypad is disabled and it won't allow me to enable it.

What market is your phone from? Still on stock firmware?

Mine if from Norway market and this feature works fine.

It's running on stock firmware UHKE2 (already rooted). I add a screenshot here of the keypad and it's been like this since i bought the phone.
