I am having a really odd issue I can find no reference to anywhere. When I open my text messages, in the main window, some threads/notifications appear to have the most recent text as being some very old message. However, If I click on the thread, it shows the correct most recent text – if I scroll up within the thread I will find the old text that is displaying in the main Messages window. The time and date on my phone are correct.
This occurs for only about 33 threads near the top, all of which show only the time (as if they were from today) between 7:12 and 7:26 a.m. Each of these threads, when I open them, shows a different last text than is shown in the window. The texts that are appearing were all originally received on January 16, 17 or 18.
After the 33 or so threads, they appear fine, and any texts that I have sent today are in threads above the 33. Crazy, huh?
Although I use GO SMS, I opened up the default Messaging app and it was the same there. I've rebooted the phone twice, no change.
Anyone have any ideas?
