Root sms issues cant receive pictures

i have had problems when people try to send me pictur text. i click download and nothing shows up. i have been having these issues since the device was rooted. i since went from the 2.1 sence rom to the 3.5 and i tryed to reflash the roms but nothing. anyideas?

Unfortunately neither do I ...Maybe someone with better knowledge will come along and help
