My text messaging keeps failing to go through. I have spent hours with sprint tech support. They say it is a known hero defect. Any ideas what is going on?

My text messaging keeps failing to go through. I have spent hours with sprint tech support. They say it is a known hero defect. Any ideas what is going on?

Sometimes Sprints newer techs struggle to find the correct answer. I spent 25 minutes on the phone with a Sprint tech trying to get someting fixed on my voicemail and he finally transfered me to a level 2 tech and it was fixed in seconds. Call back with your case number and ask for a level 2 tech.

It turned out to be a bad verizon cell tower we are roaming off of at our home. As soon as we travel a mile away, it works fine. I hope Sprint can get the roaming working on the VZ tower soon!
