How do I turn off the numbered badges on the Email and SMS clients on TouchWiz? I know I found the menu a week ago but now it's eluding me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

No one knows?? Really?? 
In the Settings for the email and messaging apps, perhaps? I haven't used TouchWiz for months so can't be of any more help, sorry.

No, they aren't in those settings. I found them once the first day I had the phone and I remember being in one location.
It was probably in Social Hub, which has since been uninstalled. No worries.
