Help SMS MMS issue

Im not able to receive SMS MMS on any ROM at all. Is this virgin Mobile stuff or is there something wrong with my phone.

Are you on wifi? I used to have an issue downloading MMS when on Wi-fi. Turning wifi off and restarting the phone would fix it.

I would also consider contacting your carrier to make sure your APNs are correct.

No I only have data working. I emailed them but I haven't gotten a reply.

Nvm I have phone callas working just no SMS or MMS
