Help SMS Notification no name

Another problem I've found with updating to lollipop this morning. All my texts are coming through and displaying as "Message - New Message" rather than "Your Name - message preview" No names are showing at all, yet they are there in the message app which I've kept as stock.

Any ideas?

They may recommend textra for your messages. I'm using it now.

Try going to your sms settings and turning on message preview.

I had this also. Fixed it by going to setting on the text list screen:

Settings --> Notifications --> UNcheck (yes UNcheck) Preview message - re-select preview messages.

This was really bugging me - but turning it off, then back on has worked for me.
