Is anyone with a DINC having SMS issues in the DC Metro area?
I am able to receive SMS but I cannot send them. They are all in an undelivered tab in the message menu. Even after trying to resend them all it is not working.
I have performed a battery pull and a forced close of the message application. I have done the "airplane" fix and have updated roaming via *228,2.
I am able to use all other functions of the phone. (web, receive gmail, place a call, GTalk, etc.)
Currently Cell Standby is 14% and Time without a signal is 4%
Anyone have any thoughts or fixes to this?
