Help SMS pop up which does not close when screen locked?

Does anyone know of an app which provides SMS pop ups which remain on screen after the screen was locked?

I tried SMSPopup which was good but if I miss a message I have to unlock the screen to see the message. I'd like the pop up to be on display when I press the power button on the phone...any ideas?
