Help sms problem

[Mugs]

For some reason the phone will not download pics when sent to me via SMS. Neither the stick or chomp will work. I have tried with wifi on, 3g off and wifi off, 3g on. Is there something i may have hit?

ive had this issue in the past...i tried a ton to fix it, but eventually got fed up when nothing worked, ended up doing a hard reset and it started working again.

i know its not the best solution since many don't want to hard reset and its not guaranteed to fix the issue, but figured id share what fixed it for me.
