Help sms problem

hi there
i have a strange sms problem, which occurs only when i restart (close all apps and restart)
what it does is starts re-sending msgs to people i have sent or resending back to people their own msgs that they have sent me before!

it happens as soon as i restart.

i have to follow this with a shutdown to stop these msgs being sent out....

any help will be appreciated, is this a bug from HTC?

I haven't heard about this one, but there are some known other bugs (like all messages deleting themselves,...) so this might be one too!

Solution might be using a third party app... handcent is really good.
